Utility Services
Community Advocates’ Utility Department is committed to providing comprehensive advocacy and referral services for low income energy consumers located in Milwaukee County including:
- Energy Advocacy (bill payment plans, self advocacy, your rights and responsibilities)
- Case Management (budgeting, understanding your bill, resource referrals)
- Energy Education/Conservation (workshops)
- Telecommunication (lifeline/link up, who qualifies, benefits)
- The Milwaukee Energy Network (problem solving, energy highlights and updates)
The Utility Department accepts referrals from local and state agencies and walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis at 728 North James Lovell St., Milwaukee, WI 53233.
